My journey, however, wasn’t always sustainable. Growing up believing that perfection was the price of love, I built an impressive résumé that concealed an exhausting cycle of overachievement and burnout. Behind the accolades, I felt myself quietly crumbling. The turning point came when I discovered that meditation and manifestation weren’t abstract “woo-woo” practices, but tangible tools for making aligned decisions, scaling with clarity, and building success that truly lasts.

I’m now certified as a Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher through the Chopra Institute and as an Infinite Possibilities Trainer with Mike Dooley’s The Universe Talks organization. I blend spiritual practice with business strategy in a way few coaches can.
