What this is

Not a networking event.
The opposite of one.

You've been to the founder dinners. You've worked the room, pitched yourself between bites, collected cards you'll never follow up on, and driven home more depleted than when you arrived. Dinner for Eight exists because that isn't connection — it's performance. And the women who built something real deserve better than that.

01
Eight women.
One table.
Eight is not a random number. It is the exact size where one conversation can hold the whole room — where every voice is heard and no one disappears into a side exchange. Small enough to be intimate. Large enough to be surprising.
02
One question
opens everything.
Tracy opens every dinner with a single question — not an icebreaker, a real one. The kind that makes you pause before you answer. The kind you're still thinking about on the drive home. The conversation goes wherever it goes from there.
03
What's said stays
at the table.
Confidentiality is not a policy — it's the foundation. These women are CEOs, founders, and business owners. They carry a lot. The dinner is one of the few places they can set it down and speak freely, without performance or consequence.
Within twenty minutes you're in a conversation you'll still be thinking about next week.

The experience

What actually
happens.

This is not a structured event. There is no agenda, no panel, no workshop, and no facilitator with a timer. It is a dinner — a beautifully set table in a private room at a restaurant worth the occasion — where eight women who have built something real get to stop performing and just be in the room.

Tracy is your host. She knows everyone at the table before the evening begins. She opens the conversation and holds the space — not as a moderator, but as someone who genuinely wants to know what's in the room.

The four commitments
01No networking. No pitching. No card exchanges. If you want to connect with someone after the evening, Tracy makes that introduction privately.
02One conversation holds the whole table. Eight women moving together — not eight side conversations happening at once.
03What's said at the table stays at the table. This has no footnotes and no exceptions.
04Come exactly as you are. No title required. No success story needed. Just you.
5:45 pm
Arrival
The room is ready before you are. Unstructured — no name tags, no agenda. A drink, a moment to find your footing, and the particular relief of a room that doesn't need anything from you yet.
6:00 pm
Seated
Eight women. One long table. Tracy opens with a single question — the kind that makes the room lean in. You'll answer it. So will she.
6:00–8:30
Dinner
Three courses. One conversation that goes exactly where it wants to go. You will not be managing an impression or working the table. You'll just be in it — which turns out to feel extraordinary.
9:00 pm
No formal close
Coffee. Dessert. No one signals the end. Guests linger as long as they want or leave when they're ready. The evening closes itself.
48 hrs
After
A personal note from Tracy — specific to you and what you brought to the table. Any opt-in introductions arrive here, privately. No group email. No networking app.
