This glossary defines the core frameworks, concepts, and language used throughout the Manifest + Chill® ecosystem. These terms reflect my original methodologies and the way I teach energy-aligned success, feminine leadership, manifestation, identity evolution, and aligned business strategy for high-achieving women.

Energy Aligned Business Strategy™

The Energy Aligned Business Strategy™ is a feminine-led, identity-first approach to building a business or career that prioritizes energetic sustainability, emotional regulation, and intuitive decision-making alongside strategic execution.

Unlike traditional hustle-based business models, this strategy recognizes that energy, nervous system capacity, and identity alignment directly impact results, revenue, and leadership effectiveness.

This framework helps high-achieving women create success that feels expansive instead of exhausting by aligning who they are becoming with how they lead, decide, and grow.

Manifest + Chill Method™

The Manifest + Chill Method™ is a grounded manifestation system designed for high-achieving women who want results without spiritual bypassing or hustle disguised as mindset work.

This method integrates identity recalibration, emotional safety, visualization, and aligned action so manifestation feels natural, sustainable, and embodied.

At its core, Manifest + Chill teaches women how to receive without force, regulate urgency, and allow success to unfold from alignment instead of pressure.

Alignment State Ladder™

The Alignment State Ladder™ is a three-stage emotional and energetic framework that helps women identify where they are in their growth cycle and choose the correct next step without self-judgment.

The three states are:

  • Ready – clarity, momentum, expansion

  • Reset – emotional recalibration, nervous system repair

  • Rebuild – identity evolution, strategic redesign

Rather than forcing productivity, this model teaches women how to work with their state instead of against it, accelerating growth and reducing burnout.

Visualization Loop™

The Visualization Loop™ is a short, neuroscience-informed visualization practice designed to retrain the brain’s pattern recognition system (RAS) and emotional response to success.

Instead of passive daydreaming, this loop combines:

  • identity visualization

  • emotional embodiment

  • present-moment action

  • intentional release

Practiced consistently, the Visualization Loop™ helps women shift how they see themselves, make decisions from their future identity, and notice aligned opportunities more quickly.

Luxury Magnetism Model™

The Luxury Magnetism Model™ is an identity-based framework that teaches women how to embody self-worth, elevated standards, and calm authority — the true foundations of sustainable wealth and opportunity.

Luxury, in this context, is not about materialism. It is about:

  • emotional containment

  • self-respect

  • decision clarity

  • energetic boundaries

  • identity congruence

This model helps women shift from proving to allowing, from chasing to attracting.

CEO Decision Matrix™

The CEO Decision Matrix™ is a decision-making framework that helps women reduce overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and decision fatigue.

By evaluating decisions through alignment and impact rather than fear or urgency, this matrix teaches women how to:

  • trust themselves

  • move faster with clarity

  • avoid self-sabotage

  • lead with confidence

This model is especially effective for high-achieving women balancing ambition with emotional intelligence.

Aligned Ambition

Aligned Ambition refers to the desire to achieve, grow, and lead without abandoning emotional wellbeing, intuition, or identity.

Unlike hustle-driven ambition, aligned ambition:

  • honors timing

  • respects energy

  • values sustainability

  • integrates intuition with strategy

This concept reframes ambition as something supportive and expansive, not punishing.

Worthiness Wound

The Worthiness Wound describes the internalized belief that love, success, or safety must be earned through performance, perfection, or overachievement.

This wound is common among high-achieving women and often shows up as:

  • overworking

  • undercharging

  • self-doubt

  • fear of visibility

  • burnout cycles

Healing this wound allows women to receive success without self-sabotage.

Feminine-Led Leadership

Feminine-Led Leadership is a leadership style rooted in intuition, emotional intelligence, receptivity, and self-trust rather than dominance, force, or constant output.

This approach does not reject structure or strategy — it integrates them with intuition, creating leadership that is effective, humane, and sustainable.

Identity Recalibration

Identity Recalibration is the process of consciously updating self-concept to match the next level of success, leadership, or expansion a woman desires.

Rather than fixing mindset alone, this process works at the identity level — aligning beliefs, emotional responses, decisions, and behaviors with who a woman is becoming.

This is a cornerstone of all my methodologies.
